Your booking is for a room (shared or private) either as a workshop attendee or Room and Board only on the French Quilting Retreat with Jenny Haynes to be held from the afternoon of Monday 7th of April 2025 to the morning of Friday 11th of April 2025 at Mas Nouveau in Génolhac, France.
Your booking gives you access to the Retreat and includes full board and lodging starting in the afternoon on the 7th (no lunch provided on this day) and finishes after breakfast on the 11th of April 2025. It does not include any spa treatments or insurance.
Transport to the retreat is not included. Please arrange your own travel. Pick up and drop off between Génolhac station and the Retreat on the 7th and the 11th will be available free of charge on request only. The list of suggested travel options are to be used as a recommendation only and need to be confirmed by the participants. Travel insurance to cover delays, cancellations, lost baggage, theft and injury is highly recommended.
This is a deposit to reserve a place at the retreat in a private room. The balance of your account is due February 1st, 2025. The deposit and balance are non-refundable. If you subsequently find you cannot attend for whatever reason we are happy to try to resell your place (or to facilitate a name transfer if you are able to resell your place) for a £50 admin fee, but a resell can not be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to charge a £50 late payment fee if the balance is paid more than 7 days late. You will receive an email reminder of the date by which the final balance is due. If the balance remains unpaid, your deposit and place on the retreat will be forfeited. If the event is cancelled for any reason for which the organisers are deemed responsible, you will receive a full refund.
The retreat has a minimum required attendance level. If insufficient bookings are received, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the retreat, in which case a transfer to a date acceptable to all or a full refund will be offered. The retreat cannot be held liable for any losses arising from such changes or cancellations.
You will receive email confirmation of your order and your place will be guaranteed subject to payment of the balance. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER if a confirmation is not received. All further communication will arrive from this same email address so please add this to your address book and check your junk folder regularly to make sure you don’t miss important information.
