Over four days, April 18th to 21st 2024, I will be teaching four of my most popular classes.
I’ve selected these four as they are full of skill-building techniques that will elevate your quilting whether you decide to make just one block or get started on a full quilt.
Read all about the workshops and book your spot HERE.
Smack bang in the centre of London you’ll find the HC LAB, part of the Hunter Collective, a beautiful warehouse conversion with wheelchair access, great big windows and whitewashed brick walls that makes it a light, modern and accessible venue.
You can expect to be well looked after by the Hunter Collective. They will supply us with free teas, coffees, fruit and a morning pastry.
The HC LAB is situated in beautiful Clerkenwell which if you google it reads like this:
‘Popular with creative firms and dotted with smart apartment blocks in converted warehouses, Clerkenwell is home to cutting-edge restaurants and cosy gastropubs, plus historic pubs, sleek bars, and nightclubs. Hip cafes and indie shops line car-free Exmouth Market, which has a twice-weekly street-food market. Leather Lane Market has food stalls catering to local office workers, as well as clothes and produce.’
Transport to all parts of London and beyond is literally on your doorstep with buses to St Pancras, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus departing from Rosebery Avenue. If you prefer the tube, Farringdon Station is only a ten-minute walk away.
If you want a cultural end to your sewing day you are spoilt for choice – see a ballet or flamenco performance at Sadler’s Wells, and opera in Covent Garden or do some shopping at, well, just about everywhere?
